Rachel has an M.B.A. degree from Harvard Business School, as well as a B.A. degree in psychology from Wellesley College and an Ed.M. degree from Harvard Graduate School of Education. She also serves as an Executive Fellow at Harvard Business School, where she helps faculty to create, research and teach topics about communication skills and personal branding.
Rachel has written articles for the Harvard Business Review, Huffington Post, online dating platforms (Match.com, eHarmony, JDate), and she was the “Love Over 40” advice columnist for the former More Magazine.
Rachel works privately with clients worldwide as a Matchmaker and Dating Coach, and she helps parents seeking dating and relationship assistance for their young adult children. She also teaches training workshops (The Love MBA) to people who want to start or accelerate careers in the love industry.
Rachel is the New York Times bestselling author of two books: “Find a Husband After 35: Using What I Learned at Harvard Business School” and “Have Him At Hello: Confessions From 1,000 Guys About What Makes Them Fall in Love… or Never Call Back”.*
Her books were published by Random House and have been translated into 16 languages.

Rachel has been a speaker, guest lecturer and retreat leader for hundreds of corporate and specialty events, workshops, and classrooms, including The Aspen Ideas Festival, Google, Apple, Y-Combinator, Morgan Stanley, Harvard Business School, Stanford University, The Estée Lauder Company, YPO Forums, Harvard Alumni Entrepreneurs Network, 92nd Street Y, high end resorts, executive retreats, and more. Her focus is on helping people accelerate authentic connections by leveraging proven dating tactics for greater success in work, love and life.
Rachel works remote from Denver, CO and San Diego, CA. She is happily married to her husband of 31 years and has three grown children.
